We are happy to present the new 2018 RMRPPA Board Members!
Quinn Bui, born in Vietnam, was raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico and moved to Fort Collins five years ago. With an entrepreneurial spirit he started Nine Promotions after working for a promotional product supplier for three years. His company is all about giving back. A portion of his profits are used to buy food, clothing, blankets and medical supplies for orphanages and less fortunate children in third world countries. Quinn enjoys the outdoors, photography and traveling. He hopes that his background can help both distributors and suppliers excel in the industry.
Ben Irvin has been in the Promotional Products industry for 1 year, working with Joseph Price & Associates. He was previously in hotel and restaurant administration. Ben is a part of a number of organizations including The Community Associations Institute and Metro Caring of Denver. His entire career has been based in the service industry and he focuses on building value and client base as well as being responsible for an uplifting employment environment for his staff. He feels that his background will allow him to bring a different perspective to the Board.
Lavina Honeycutt has worked for Leashables by OraLabs Inc. for over 10 years. She likes learning about the promotional products industry and how it ticks, and wants to continue to meet more people. She has volunteered for her daughter's sports clubs, Mile High Stadium and the Dumb Friends League. Lavina wants to do more for the industry and would like to help RMRPPA grow and continue to be successful.
Todd Schaefer was in the industry in the late 90's and then re-entered it again 10 years ago. He works for Image Headquarters and his skills include consumer goods packaging and new product and start-up launches. He has served as a volunteer firefighter, a coach, a camp counselor, and has sat on fundraising committees for three other organizations. Todd loves the outdoors, fitness, health and nutrition. He wants to become more involved in the industry to help distributors and vendors maximize their opportunities for growth, and help address industry changes.
Shawna Tickle has been in the promotional products industry for most of her professional life. She has been on both the distributor and supplier side. She has volunteered for her son's school and sports teams. Her strengths are relationship marketing, networking and organizing events. She enjoys being outside and being active in outdoor sports. Because promotional products have been a part of her life for so long she would love to give back to the industry.
Nicole Hite was elected to the Board of Directors, but RuMe will not be an RMRPPA member this year due to their new partnership with Gemline, so unfortunately Nicole cannot serve on the Board.
