We are happy to present the following people who were elected to serve on the RMRPPA Board in 2018!
Nicole HiteNicole Hite has been working for RuMe, Inc for the last 3+ years. She is their channel's Marketing Manager and is responsible for handling all the digital marketing/communications, as well as managing events. She is passionate about building relationships with suppliers and distributors who are interested in sharing and advancing best practices within the industry. Due to her own initiative, her team has become very active in the collaborative/social community CommonSku, launched by Mark and Catherine Graham. Nicole would love to give back to our industry and make new connections in the Denver area.
Ben Irvin has been in the Promotional Products industry for 1 year, working with Joseph Price & Associates. He was previously in hotel and restaurant administration. Ben is a part of a number of organizations including The Community Associations Institute and Metro Caring of Denver. His entire career has been based in the service industry and he focuses on building value and client base as well as being responsible for an uplifting employment environment for his staff. He feels that his background will allow him to bring a different perspective to the Board.
Lavina Honeycutt has worked for Leashables by OraLabs Inc. for over 10 years. She likes learning about the promotional products industry and how it ticks, and wants to continue to meet more people. She has volunteered for her daughter's sports clubs, Mile High Stadium and the Dumb Friends League. Lavina wants to do more for the industry and would like to help RMRPPA grow and continue to be successful.
Todd Schaefer was in the industry in the late 90's and then re-entered it again 10 years ago. He works for Image Headquarters and his skills include consumer goods packaging and new product and start-up launches. He has served as a volunteer firefighter, a coach, a camp counselor, and has sat on fundraising committees for three other organizations. Todd loves the outdoors, fitness, health and nutrition. He wants to become more involved in the industry to help distributors and vendors maximize their opportunities for growth, and help address industry changes.
Shawna Tickle has been in the promotional products industry for most of her professional life. She has been on both the distributor and supplier side. She has volunteered for her son's school and sports teams. Her strengths are relationship marketing, networking and organizing events. She enjoys being outside and being active in outdoor sports. Because promotional products have been a part of her life for so long she would love to give back to the industry.
