How It Will Work
We will have a shotgun start at 7:30am. Attendees will be given the products as they head out on the course. After playing 9 holes we will gather for product presentations, food and prizes. To make sure that golfers of any ability have fun and can participate, we will play a Scramble format (Click here to learn about Scrambles).
Hole Sign - $25 - Your company logo will be placed on a sign at one of the holes
Product & Presentation - $50 - Product sponsors must provide a minimum of 40 pieces of each product along with a $50 participation fee. If a supplier can not attend the event please provide a case study and product details, and the RMRPPA volunteers will share it with the group (a product tag is also acceptable).
Hole Games - $50 - Sponsor the longest drive (par 5), shot closest to the pin (par 3), or longest putt
Hole Presentation - $75 - You will stand at a hole and be able to give a 5 minute presentation to each group of golfers
*All sponsors must provide their company logo in vector format.
Suppliers are welcome to play golf with the group. If you need a set of clubs, you can rent them at the pro shop.

Distributors will be responsible for filling out a questionnaire and will share a case study or comment that participating suppliers can use in future presentations.
