Do you have products that are ideal for golf tournaments and other golf-related events? Then there's no better way to sell these products than through distributors that have actually used them and can provide personal testimonials to their clients. You have an opportunity to get your products in front distributors at our 5th Annual (with a slight break - thanks Covid!) Golf Product Field Test!
How It Will Work
We will have a shotgun start at 7:00am. Attendees will be given the products as they head out on the course. After playing 9 holes we will gather for product presentations, food and prizes. To make sure that golfers of any ability have fun and can participate, we will play a Scramble format (Click here to learn about Scrambles).
Sponsorships
Hole Sign - $25 - Your company logo will be placed on a sign at one of the holes
Product & Presentation - $50 - Product sponsors must provide a minimum of 40 pieces of each product along with a $50 participation fee. If a supplier can not attend the event please provide a case study and product details, and the RMRPPA volunteers will share it with the group (a product tag is also acceptable).
Hole Games - $50 - Sponsor the longest drive, putting game or the shot closest to the pin. Sponsorship of these games requires two prizes each.
Hole Presentation - $75 - You will stand at a hole and be able to give a 5 minute presentation to each group of golfers
Raffle prizes - You may provide one item for our drawing. We will thank you as the supplier who has made the donation, but there will not be time for a presentation.
*All sponsors must provide their company logo in vector format.
A Benefit For All Distributors will be responsible for filling out a questionnaire and will share a case study or comment that participating suppliers can use in future presentations.

For our 5th annual golf event we have chosen Kennedy. Regardless of your skill level, there will be an opportunity for everyone to play! The cost is reflective of the course, and it includes greens fees, carts, brunch, product samples and prizes!

Picnic Time
We are excited to be at the same location this year! In case you missed it, this unique property is home to 50+ independently owned Colorado businesses offering a place for you to eat, drink, shop and play. The show will be held in the hanger with a networking reception to finish out your day. Exhibitor registration includes a light lunch and one entry into the after party.
Pricing is listed below as are several sponsorship levels.
This is primarily a table top show. There will be rows of tables in the center of the room with limited premium spaces along the perimeter walls.

Sponsorship Opportunities:
Show sponsor - $1,000. This opportunity includes listing on all marketing materials, 10 minute presentation at the beginning of ProD or closing party, featured on overhead screen, sponsor sign in your booth and at the door, recognition at the closing party and company logo on the RMRPPA website.
Closing Party/Reception - $750. This opportunity includes listing on all marketing materials, 5 minute presentation at the beginning of ProD or closing party, featured on overhead screen, sponsor sign in your booth and at the door, recognition at the closing party and company logo on the RMRPPA website. (This has been fulfilled! Thank you Edwards Garments!)
Grand Prize - $300. We would like to give out a Southwest Airlines gift card at the closing party. In order to be eligible, we are going to provide distributors with a passport that they have to have "travelled" to participating exhibitors to receive a stamp. (This has been fulfilled! Thank you Langton Marketing Group!)
Education - $250
Beverage Station - $100 (This has been fulfilled! Thank you Leashables OraLabs Promotional Products!)
Passport Stamps - $50. In order for our distributors to be in the drawing for the grand prize they will need to complete their passports. We will have 15 suppliers serve as countries where they can get their stamps. (Stampers will be provided.)
Big Screen Rotating Display - $50. This is if you didn't sponsor in any other way as it is included with all other sponsor opportunities.

This unique property features Colorado businesses offering a place for you to eat, drink, shop, and play with the CA$H given to you by RMRPPA at registration. The show itself will be held in the hanger with an after party to finish out your day! This will include snacks, drinks and a grand prize drawing for some much needed airfare!
