How It Will Work
We will have a shotgun start at 7:30am. Attendees will be given the products as they head out on the course. After playing 9 holes we will gather for product presentations, food and prizes. To make sure that golfers of any ability have fun and can participate, we will play a Scramble format (Click here to learn about Scrambles).
Hole Sign - $25 - Your company logo will be placed on a sign at one of the holes
Product & Presentation - $50 - Product sponsors must provide a minimum of 40 pieces of each product along with a $50 participation fee. If a supplier can not attend the event please provide a case study and product details, and the RMRPPA volunteers will share it with the group (a product tag is also acceptable).
Hole Games - $50 - Sponsor the longest drive (par 5), shot closest to the pin (par 3), or longest putt
Hole Presentation - $75 - You will stand at a hole and be able to give a 5 minute presentation to each group of golfers
*All sponsors must provide their company logo in vector format.

For our 4th annual golf event we have chosen a more challenging course. Homestead is a links-style course, and to master it you will need every club in your bag. Regardless of your skill level, there will be an opportunity for everyone to play, as Homestead creates an accessible bridge between championship-style play and a shorter overall course length. The cost is reflective of the course, and it includes greens fees, carts, brunch, product samples and prizes!

We are excited to be at the Stadium again for the 2019 Mile High Expo! Stadium tours will be available to give attendees access to the field, training room and visitor's locker room. The Closing Party Reception will be hosted in the bar area of the show floor again! Come to see the newest products available at 100+ exhibitor booths and experience the great energy of the Stadium! Booth registration includes a buffet lunch and a free ticket to the Closing Party reception.
